  1. Hello; i am cheptoek philex from Kapchorwa district, Uganda, East africa. My father died in 1991 when i was just in primary one, from then my mother and some of my relatives helped me to grow up physicallyand spiritually. They tried to educate me upto senior six, when i was admitted for a degree in human medicine and dental surgery in 2005 at makerere university they could not afford the costs, it was then a blessing when i was given to do a degree on education under government sponsorship which i did and finished, however it did help me and my people so much since there are very teachers with a very low pay.I then applied for a masters programme and i have been admitted for a masters programme in business administration and with this level of education that will improve on my analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills, i believe i can have interperonal skills that will make me a good leader who can manage people, resources and information thus i can get a better employment thet will make me help my self and the society at large. any assistance is highly welcomed.
